Product Development

We have provided support in the area of both AF track circuit, DC coded track, and vital processor interlocking development. With our knowledge of electronics, software development, system assurance and EMI, we have assisted in the development of several new microprocessor based products. In each of these cases, with our input, both the cost and time to bring these new products successfully to market has been significantly reduced.

We have also developed bespoke solutions for on-board systems controls for transit vehicles, introducing updated capabilities to defunct platforms.

Project Management

Our staff has significant experience in the project management of major transit signal systems. We can assist your staff with project planning, claims evaluation and preparation, scheduling, cost control, and training.

Marketing

NST has assisted several companies, both domestically and internationally, by performing studies on the existing North American market including trends, size, and needs. We have assisted in the development of product introduction plans and have combined this work with establishing product requirements and design.
